What happens if I go over my plan’s storage or seats?
Nothing breaks and nothing gets paused. Extra storage bills automatically at €0.056/GB per month and extra seats at €7.41/user per month — only for what you use above your plan, itemized before it’s charged.
Do my clients need to create their own account?
No. You create a login for each client, scoped to their specific project. They just sign in with what you send them — no signup flow on their end.
What file types are supported?
JPG, PNG, WEBP, TIFF, PSD, RAW formats, and video (MP4, MOV). Everything you’d actually shoot with, not just web-ready JPGs.
How many team members can I add?
Each plan includes a bracket of internal seats — 1 on Individual, 8 on Studio, 20 on Company, unlimited on Enterprise. Client accounts never count toward this and are always free.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes apply to your next billing cycle — no penalties either direction.
Is my content secure and private?
Every project is private by default and only visible to accounts you’ve explicitly granted access to. We don’t use client content for AI training or anything else.
